Action actor Jason Statham of Hollywood just put his gorgeous Malibu beach property up for sale, asking over $20 million. He definitely wants to close the deal “fast and furious.”

Ten years ago, the 52-year-old actor, best known for his role as the wicked Deckard Shaw in the Fast and Furious films, purchased a primitive four-bedroom home on the Pacific Ocean.

Considering that the big-bоned British man supposedly spent $10.6 million on the beach property back in 2009, he stands to make a good profit if he sells for even a small fraction of the $19.95 million asking price. This corresponds to a growth in value of more than $1 million on average per year.
