Eminem: “Rap music is like my way of psychotherapy” after an unhappy past

Recently, Eminem had a conversation on Sirius XM Radio, in which the male rapper opened up about how much rap music saved his mentаl health.

“I think one of the great things about rap music is that you can bring your whole life story into a song,” Eminem shared, “It’s like having psychotherapy. For me, rap music has It’s always the same.”

The male rapper who won 15 Grammy awards is famous for bringing the most personal things about himself to tell his fans through music. This is also one of the reasons why his songs have received sympathy from the audience and have been loved for many years.

Last May, a series of American newspapers reported that Eminem would be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fаme because of the male rapper’s contributions and dedication to art.
