Cardi B Stuns in Elegant All-Black Ensemble at the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Award

The 31-year-old rapper wowed everyone with her impeccable style at the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards on Friday, June 21. Cardi chose a sophisticated all-black outfit that exuded understated glamour.

She wore a knee-length oversized black blazer by The Row paired with a sheer, floor-length skirt by David Koma, both available on FWRD. To complete her look, Cardi added sheer black gloves, strappy black heels, a dazzling diamond necklace, and several diamond-encrusted rings.

Known for frequently changing her look, Cardi did not disappoint at this event. She sported long, straight hair with chic bangs swept to one side. Her makeup was simple yet effective, featuring deep red lipstick and a subtle smokey eye.

“The makeup makes the outfit!” Cardi told PEOPLE in May during NYX Professional Makeup’s 25th anniversary celebration.

At the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton and hosted by Tiffany Haddish, Cardi B received the Inspiration Award. Other honorees included Jonathan Majors, designer Christian Louboutin, and rapper Fаt Joe, recognized for their contributions across music, film, media, politics, and social and creative industries.

Despite receiving some online backlash for momentarily forgetting the Chinese designer’s nаme, Cardi quickly clarified the situation.

Her style game didn’t end there; at her Met Gala afterparty with Revolve and FWRD, she changed into a custom red Revolve Atelier corset dress inspired by runway corsetry and draping. The outfit change was as impressive as her earlier ensemble.
