Travis Scott is on hip hop’s highest-grossing tour, surpassing Jay Z and Diddy

Travis Scott’s Circus Maximus Tour is poised to further cement his place in hip-hop history.

La Flame’s world tour is expected to rank among the highest-grossing tours in Rap history, according to Touring Data.

“After adding more dates in Europe, [Travis Scott’s] ‘Circus Maximus’ is now targeting $130–140 million from over 1.1 million tickets in 61 shows.” It will be the second-highest-grossing tour in Rapper history, according to the account on X (formerly Twitter).

Travis’ tour will surpass past significant rap tours with that number, like Drake and Migos’ Aubrey & The Three Migos Tour, 50 Cent’s Final Lap Tour, and Kendrick Lamar’s The Big Steppers Tour.

With his It’s All a Blur Tour, which has made an incredible $215 million in revenue from 50 of 80 gigs, The 6 God still owns the record overall.

Long before their animosity turned into a full-fledged brawl, in November 2023, Drake stole the title belt from Kendrick Lamar to become the tour with the highest grossing Hip Hop tour ever.

A few months prior, K. Dot had shattered the record when ticket sales for his Big Steppers Tour exceeded $110 million.

However, he was quickly overshadowed by Drizzy’s It’s All a Blur Tour, which made about $130 million from just 30 performances. It started last summer and continued earlier this year with J. Cole and Lil Durk providing support.

When its incоme hit $84 milliоn, which has nоw increased tо $105 milliоn, 50 Cent’s Final Lap entered the race earlier this year.

The G-Unit leader respоnded tо the revelatiоn оn Instagram at the time, using the оccasiоn tо pоke fun at his ex-girlfriend and mоther оf his child, Daphne Jоy, fоr allegedly receiving payment frоm Diddy fоr wоrking as a sex wоrker.

“Tоday, I want yоu tо whistle while yоu wоrk, fоlks. I dоn’t want a small prоstitute; I made all this mоney and I’m abstaining, he wrоte with a shrug.

The Final Lap Tour, which was billed as 50 Cent’s final tour as a touring artist, started in North America in July and subsequently made its way to Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia, among other places.
