The creator of the enormously popular firm Fenty Beauty and singer Rihanna sold her Tudor house in Beverly Hills, California, for $10,295,000 a little over a month ago.

And, according to a Dirt story, RiRi sold this house to Tracey Jacobs, an agent in the entertainment industry.

In late May, the Barbadian celebrity listed this house for slightly under $10.5M. on 2021, she had invested $10M on the property.

The reduced offer isn’t going to disturb the rich entrepreneur, whose real is Robyn Rihanna Fenty. Take a peek inside the house from the 1930s.

There is a pool, terrace, and half-court for basketball in addition to the four bedrooms and five bathrooms in the main home. At the end of a protracted driveway, the home is hidden by gates.

The warm and welcoming Tudor has a living room with a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling as well as a wide island and a breakfast nook in the slate-blue kitchen. It is 5,100 square feet in size. The main bedroom is located upstairs and has a fireplace, a personal balcony, and a luxurious spa bath.

The half-acre property is covered in mature trees and has a vegetable garden, poolside cabana, and fire pit. A guesthouse with a sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom, and office is also present.

The home next door is still owned by Rihanna; she paid $13.7M for it in 2020. Later this year, the super-talented businesswoman who appeared in the Super Bowl halftime performance in February will give birth to her second kid.
