Cardi B and Rihanna made a surprise appearance and helped raise over $500,000 for the Hollywood Cares Foundation
Cardi B and Rihanna made a surprise appearance and showed their support for the Hollywood Cares Foundation, raising over $500,000 at an event organized by Hollywood Unlocked CEO Jason Lee. The intimate dinner took place on Tuesday (March 26) at The Little Door in West Hollywood, Calif., and was attended by other A-list stars like Tiffany Haddish and Paris Hilton.
The Hollywood Cares Foundation aims to utilize the influence of pop culture to empower at-rιsk youth and foster positive change in their lives and communities. By leveraging the arts, entertainment industry, and brand partnerships, the foundation provides crucial resources and life-changing programming, especially in underserved brown and black communities.
At the THR Power Stylists event held at Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles, Cardi B showcased her classic style by wearing satin pointed-toe pumps. While she opted for a more traditional footwear choice for the evening, Cardi B is known for her bold and eye-catching shoe selections. In her “Enough (Miami)” music video released earlier in March, she sported custom cherry red heels by designer Carolin Holzhuber, featuring a sculptural platform base and mid-calf silhouette, adding an extra flair to her look.
The THR Power Stylists event coincides with The Hollywood Reporter’s annual Power Stylists issue, highlighting the top 25 celebrity stylists in the entertainment industry. Notable mentions this year include Jason Bolden for his work with Nicole Kidman and Michael B. Jordan, as well as Molly Dickson, who often styles Sydney Sweeney and Lana Del Rey.
