Inside Kevin Durant’s luxurious mansion, where close friend Steph Curry often visits!

This East Hampton, New York, house listed for $15M is nothing short of holy ground for NBA fanatics.

It’s the retreat that NBA legend Kevin Durant infamously leased in 2016 for 10 days and $100,000. The All-Star free agent heard signing proposals from clubs while spending the summer in the Hamptons. In “a seismic decision for the league,” the New York Times called his choice to join with the Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors’ entourage, which included Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Andre Iguodala, journeyed to this retreat during the summer in an effort to convince Durant to transfer his skills to the San Francisco Bay Area, has come to be known as the “Hamptons 5.”

Purchasing this house could be the pinnacle of sports collectibles for Warriors fans. “Is it too early to declare the house Kevin Durant rented in the Hamptons last summer a National Historical Site?” asked the San Francisco Chronicle last year.

Declaring the exclusive hideaway available for purchase is not too early. On a 3.2-acre property, the 7,400-square-foot house is just a block from the ocean. The unique house was constructed in 2004 and contains five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three half-baths. We assume that the door frames and ceilings are likewise pretty high. (After all, Durant is over 7 feet tall.)

Curved walnut front doors, polished stone flooring, a screened porch, and a sizable kitchen are a few of the luxurious features. There is also a large living room, which is probably where Durant and his admirers met.

The main bedroom, where Durant slept, has a sitting space, an opulent bathroom, and a balcony. A lower level with a screening room and catering kitchen is also included, as well as a teak rooftop observation deck.

Gardens, a heated pool with a waterfall, a cabana beside the pool with a gym, a summer kitchen, a hot tub area, a tennis court, and a three-car garage are all part of the grounds’ landscaping.

The area is renowned for its celebrity inhabitants, including Jerry Seinfeld, and is close to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’s childhood vacation house.

With the Seattle SuperSonics (now Oklahoma City Thunder), Durant made his professional debut in 2007. He joined the Warriors in 2016, and in his first season with the group, he helped the group win a championship. He is regarded as one of the best scorers in NBA history and has won four scoring crowns as well as the Most Valuable Player Award.
