Charlamagne Tha God identified Future as the most influential rapper of the past decade

According to Charlamagne Tha God, Future is the most significant rapper of the past ten years.

Speaking with Andrew Schulz on his Brilliant Idiots podcast, the radio host gave Hendrix a lot of credit for his career since his rise to fаme in the early 2010s.

Regarding the rekindled rivalry amongst Drake, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar, the host of Breakfast Club remarked, “They talk about a Big Three, but really there’s a Fantastic Four.” Future might be one of the Big Three if you’re really want to spice things up.

“For better or worse, I can locate a million Future clones worldwide,” he continued. Over the past ten years, Future has, in my opinion, had the biggest influence on culture and music of any rapper. Future, in my opinion, has an impact. People aspire to sound like Future and to be Future.

Charlamagne mentioned a few of the rapper’s more recent accomplishments, such as his joint album We Don’t Trust You with Metro Boomin and the Kendrick-assisted smаsh “Like That,” which simultaneously peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 and number one on the Billboard Hоt 100.

“Personally, I would prefer Drake, Future, and Kendrick,” he said, pushing J. Cole out of the mainstream Big Three of hip-hop. “Statistically speaking, Future is over Cole if you’re talking about figures and all that.”

Charlamagne conceded, nonetheless, that Cole is a better songwriter than the leader of Freebandz.

Future has ranked himself among the greatest rappers of all time as well.

He uploaded a heartfelt photo of himself wearing a fur coat to social media in 2018 with the message, “Top 5 deаd or alive and I’m #1.”

The “March Madness” hitmaker was also included to T.I.’s Mount Rushmore of traps.

“There were always three figureheads in trap music: myself, Jeezy, and Gucci,” he clarified in an interview with AllHipHop last year. That was always accepted as true, without debate, and you couldn’t add or remove somebody from it. There have been discussions over who else should receive an allotment over time.

Then, Tip announced that his “Magic” partner had earned the fourth position, saying, “We finally came to the conclusion from the people that the fourth figurehead is Future.”

Future has also been awarded a title by Lil Wayne, who declared DJ Esco and his 56 Nights mixtape to be the best mixtape ever made.

With the release of their second album of the year, We Still Don’t Trust You, on Friday (April 12), the 40-year-old’s prolific streak appears far from over.
