Rapper Lil Wayne posted a picture of himself on Instagram on January 22 with young model Celina Powell.

Wayne is shown in the picture cradling Powell in his lap, and they are both grinning as they face the camera. Powell’s name appears in the simple caption, “@celinaapowell.”

Users had mixed feelings about the picture; some thought it was adorable, while others complimented Wayne on looking like a parent.

Critics said the exchange was unprofessional and implied Wayne’s actions were dubious, while supportive reactions like “The photo is so cute” and “You two look great” stood in stark contrast

Some people even went so far as to call Wayne a pedophile and accuse him of acting inappropriately. They also suggested filing a lawsuit. Lil Wayne declined to comment on the criticisms in spite of the range of answers.

Lil Wayne’s ties with young people have come under fire before, as seen by previous incidents. He received flak in 2013 after it was claimed that he was seeing a high school girl.

Lil Wayne has fathered four children with four different women, despite never having been married.
