Lil Uzι Vert intends to remove their body art.
When asked which tattoo on their body they were most fond of, the 28-year-old rapper said they didn’t have a “favorite tattoo” in an interview with LA Weekly.
Lil Uzι Vert, who goes by they/them, shrugged and said, “None of them,” adding, “I’m trying to get them removed.” Every single one of them.”
“I want to go corporate,” they declared.
Among those numerous tattoos is the words “we here forever technically.”
Lil Uzι Vert, whose true nаme is Symere Bysil Woods, disclosed in August 2022 that he and Steve Lacy had similar tattoos. In an Instagram picture at the time, the three displayed their matching tattoos.
The photo of Lacy, the “Just Wanna Rock” musician, and the “Stronger” rapper putting out their arms with their fresh tattoos visible just above the elbow was shared.
Meza Fram, a tattoo artist from Los Angeles who also posted the image to her Facebook, took a selfie in front of the mirror with her phone and posed with the musicians. There were two fonts on the tattoos that said, “We here forever technically.”
The identical sentence was used by Lacy as the post’s caption, to which Lil Uzι Vert replied, “Technically “
Lil Uzι Vert is no new to body modifications, despite the “Neon Guts” rapper’s recent announcement that they would be getting rid of their tattoos.
The Grammy-nominated artist posted a video of their enormous pink diamond forehead piercing on Instagram in February 2021.
The rapper also shared videos of the shiny new stone with their Instagram Story at the time. They captioned the original photo, which has since been removed from their Instagram profile, “𝕭𝖊𝖆𝖚𝖙𝖞 𝖎𝖘 𝖕𝖆𝖎𝖓 ️.”
Lil Uzι Vert originally revealed their intentions for a new piercing a month ago.
In January, they posted on X, the former Twitter platform, saying, “I’ve been paying Elliot for a natural pink diamond for years now. I’ve been paying for this Stone since 2017 because it was so expensive. I had never laid eyes on a real, unaltered pink diamond before. Many M’s are in my face. In the message, they also included a diamond emoji and multiple money bag emojis.
Lil Uzι Vert revealed to TMZ in September of that same year that when fans dove into the throng at the Rolling Loud music festival in July, they tore out the pink diamond.
