Cardi B and SZA to Feature on Flo Milli’s Upcoming ‘Never Lose Me (Remix)’
Flo Milli has just announced the latest remix of her viral hit “Never Lose Me,” featuring none other than Cardi B and SZA. This new rendition of the song may be included on her upcoming album, “Fine Ho, Stay,” scheduled for release at midnight on March 15.
Today, the rapper shared a clip of herself and Cardi with the caption, “POP UP, GUESS WHO, B**CH,” quoting Cardi B’s own lyrics from “Press.”
SZA had previously hinted at her involvement in the remix back in January, posting a picture of a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) with the track playing in the background. In a now-deleted post, she teased a snippet of her verse: “He speed in a Jeep with his hand on my booty/ He touchin’ on me, I get goofy/ From the ‘burbs, so I’m actin’ so bougie/ From the ‘burbs, but I suck it like Suki.”
Earlier this month, Flo Milli discussed her relationship with SZA in an interview with Billboard, revealing, “I’ve been talking to SZA for a couple of years — she’s always been supportive toward my career, even behind the scenes.”
The original version of “Never Lose Me” was released in December 2023 and peaked at No. 18 on the Hot 100 chart. It has since received two other versions featuring Lil Yachty and Bryson Tiller, respectively.
Later this year, Flo Milli will join Gunna’s “Bittersweet Tour” as a supporting act, starting on May 4 in Columbus, Ohio, with stops in Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Houston, Miami, and more.
Meanwhile, Cardi B is set to release “Enough (Miami)” tomorrow, following her recent track “Like What (Freestyle)” which samples Missy Elliott, released two weeks ago.
Likewise, SZA seems to be gearing up to drop new music, as she shared an 86-second visual yesterday and asked fans if they wanted to see it on LANA.
