Drake gifts $25,000 to Buffalo woman who beat cancer

Drake gives a Buffalo concertgoer a $25,000 present.

At Drake’s performance in Buffalo on Tuesday night, everything seemed positive.

He offered the lady $25,000 after seeing that a fan in the crowd was holding a banner that said, “Beat stage four cancer just in time for Drake #godsplan.”

Drake performed at KeyBank Center on Tuesday night for the first of two gigs; he will return on Wednesday.

The rapper has given this much to fans at concerts on many occasions, including in 2018 at a Miami high school and earlier in February to a Tampa nurse.

Drake’s love for Buffalo is widely known; in fact, Walden Galleria is mentioned on his most recent album, For All The Dogs. He made mention to a 2009 performance at Daemen College in his album Certified Lover Boy, released in 2021.
