BIA addresses fans who accuse Cardi B of copying her in the new album ‘Like What’

BIа has responded to fans who are suggesting that Cardi B may have copied her work. Social media users have been drawing attention to similarities between the recent releases of the two rappers.

Cardi B recently dropped her freestyle “Like What,” which samples Missy Elliott’s “She’s a BitcҺ.” Interestingly, BIа also released her own version of Elliott’s Һit last March with “I’m That BitcҺ,” produced by Timbaland.

In Cardi’s “Like What” music video, she teased a snippet of a new song at the end, leading some fans to notice similarities between the beаt and ad-libs used in Cardi’s teaser and BIа’s track “Fallback,” released in December. One social media user pointed out this similarity, prompting BIа to respond with three woozy face emojis.

BIа also tweeted, “Yall are sick,” in response to the online chatter, while another fan encouraged her not to engage in fan wars.

Cardi B addressed the situation on social media, stating, “BitcҺes make a fool of themselves every single time 😂 .. ima show ya something when I release this song tho 😉,” hinting at a response in her upcoming release.

However, there wasn’t always tension between the two artists. BIа had previously congratulated Cardi B on her achievements, acknowledging her work ethic and contributions to the rap industry.

Cardi B recently announced plans for her sophomore album to be released this year, expressing her determination to ignore criticism and focus on her music.
