Inside Kylie Jenner’s California mansion, where many rich billionaires in the city live!
The new Jenner residence was constructed by Gala Asher, the megamansion developer who previously spec-built and sold Kris Jenner her $12M property outside in the Palm Desert resort hamlet of La Quinta, California, in an interesting coincidence—or maybe it’s not. Kylie’s new home, like her mother’s, is a monolithic, single-story building with towering ceilings, enormous walls of vanishing glass, and an indoor/outdoor living design for a very SoCal lifestyle.
The gated, camera-secured estate resembles a fortress, and it features a separate guard hut with a complete kitchen and bathroom. Beyond that, the 15,000 square foot main house features an almost endless list of swanky amenities, including a chef’s kitchen with chic, European-style cabinetry and a bewildering array of designer appliances, multiple wet bars and game rooms, a gym, a huge home theater plus an outdoor projection screen.
The majority of the mansion’s public spaces have glass walls that open out directly to the courtyard-style rear, which has a swimming pool with an edge and expansive terraces. There are two guest suites with private patios and entrances, as well as two additional guest apartments with their own private living rooms and kitchenettes, where Jenner’s BFF Stassie Karanikolou can quarantine and possibly enjoy a bag of kettle chips in peace. The property was constructed with large-scale entertaining in mind.
Jenner gave Coty, a major player in the cosmetics industry, a controlling stake in her Kylie Cosmetics makeup line last year for an estimated $600M. She still contributes to the popular “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” show, and she also has a YouTube channel with more than 8M members.
Jenner is a burgeoning real estate billionaire who has already acquired at least eight homes in Southern California, while being just old enough to legally consume. Her current holdings include an empty site in La Quinta, which Gala Asher also sold to her, close to her mother’s desert getaway, and a $13.5M house in the Beverly Hills highlands. Her primary property, however, is a sizable mansion in the Hidden Hills section of the San Fernando Valley that she bought for $12M in 2016 and has since undergone a significant renovation.
Diddy, Jimmy Iovine, and prominent entertainment executive Irving Azoff, a close family friend of the Kardashians, are among of Jenner’s closest new Holmby Hills neighbors. The $120M “The Manor” megamansion, which Aaron Spelling initially constructed and sold last year to an unidentified Middle Eastern buyer who is thought to be a member of Abu Dhabi’s royal family, is also nearby. Both are now receiving repairs.
