Kylie Jenner returns to her ‘King Kylie’ era in pink wig: ‘Remember me?’

God intervenes to save the king. When Kylie Jenner uploaded pictures of herself on Instagram on Tuesday, with pastel pink hair, it instantly took her followers back to the 2010s and brought back memories of her memorable King Kylie period. The 26-year-old “Kardashians” actress shared three photos of herself standing in her car while sporting what looks to be a pink wig with the comment, “hiiiii remember me.”

In the photos, she donned a basic gray tank top, aiming for a nearly bare-faced look with neutral makeup and a rose blush.
While Jenner continues to wear her brunette hair naturally these days, during her adolescent years on Tumblr, she was well-known for her vibrant colors including turquoise, green, and pink, as well as for wearing an edgy silver skull ring on repeat.

At the time, she went by the moniker King Kylie, and in 2015, she even changed her Instagram handle to @kingkylie. Some fans went nuts at the throwback appearance, with one saying, “THIS IS NOT A DRILL KING KYLIE IS BACKK.” Another follower remarked, “Yaaaas the 2014 era is unlocking,” and a third said, “This cured my seasonal depression.”

An Instagram user commented, “we never did get a season 2 of Life of Kylie… just saying 👀,” alluding to the 2017 reality program in which Jenner costarred with her best friend at the time, Jordyn Woods.
