Cardi B is entering the new year with a fresh perspective, committing to a positive change after urging fans to “STFU” regarding her relationship with estranged husband Offset.

“I must be a little toxic because I enjoyed cursing you out today… but we’re not taking that into 2024,” the “I Like It” rapper wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday.

“Now have a good day. No, make it a bad day!” she added.

Cardi B referred to her earlier outburst on the same day when she responded vehemently to speculation about her reconciliation with Offset.

“Shut the f–k up,” Cardi, born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, exclaimed in a screen recording posted on X. “Did I say I was back together with somebody?! Did I say [sic] that?!”

Earlier this month, news broke of Cardi and Offset’s separation amid rumors that the “Ric Flair Drop” rapper had cheated on her.

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper, 31, confirmed the split speculation via Instagram Live on Dec. 11 but expressed remorse for her earlier reaction, stating, “I don’t think he cheated on me … I just don’t know how to tell the world.”

Despite the split confirmation, rumors of a reunion surfaced when Cardi and Offset were seen spending Christmas together and were later photographed in New York City.

Cardi and the “Bad and Boujee” rapper, 32, who share children Kulture, 5, and Wave, 2, have had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2017, secretly marrying the same year.

The couple has faced multiple cheating scandals, breakups, and reconciliations, but this time, Cardi attributes the breakup to personal growth, stating on Dec. 4, “You know when you just outgrow [sic] relationships. I’m tired of protecting people’s [sic] feelings…I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST.”
