According to Dirt, Chicago Bulls player Lonzo Ball has landed a posh apartment in Sherman Oaks, California.
For $7.25 million, the guard purchased the opulent residence in the Los Angeles area around the end of March. For $8 million, it was listed in February. Ball’s childhood home of Chino Hills is two hours’ drive away from the residence.
The house was sold for $1.27 million in 2015 after undergoing a drastic renovation. The contemporary home features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 6,195 square feet. With views of the city and mountains, it is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.
A great area featuring glass doors that enable indoor-outdoor living is part of the open floor concept.

The outdoor space contains an infinity pool, two fire pits, a barbecue, as well as dining and sitting areas. The garage can be converted into an in-law unit, gym, or office.
Just 24, the oldest of the Ball brothers got his start as the No. 2 draft pick by the Los Angeles Lakers in 2017. In 2019, he was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. He signed an $85 million deal with the Bulls in 2021.
His talented family includes baby bro LaMelo Ball, a star guard for the Charlotte Hornets. LaMelo made headlines for residing in Cam Newton’s crib in Charlotte, NC. Middle brother LiAngelo Ball is a free agent and spent the past season in the G League.
The Ball brothers starred with their parents, LaVar and Tina Ball, in the Facebook Watch reality show “Ball in the Family” from 2017 to 2020. If a new Ball-themed reality show is in the offing, Lonzo’s beautiful home on a hill would make an ideal backdrop.
